TOP Team

The TOP Team is one of the nine Waubonsee Learning Excellence Teams. The TOP Team was formed in the fall of 2004 as the outgrowth of two Outcomes Learning Action Teams formed from the Assessment Learning Excellence Team the previous spring. Currently, the TOP Team consists of twenty staff and faculty members.

The goal of the TOP Team is to, in relation to the principles and criteria for a learning-centered college identify how to enhance and/or improve the process of assessing student outcomes and to recommend plans for enhancement and/or improvements to programs, processes and procedures that impact the assessment of student outcomes.
