Stacey Randall, Outcomes Manager: Stacey has been employed at Waubonsee since 1999. She began her tenure at the college in the Assessment department and held several part-time roles there including secretary, Assessment Assistant and Assessment Specialist. She also served as the Chief Examiner for the GED Testing Program for a little over a year. In February 2004, Stacey took on the newly-created role of Outcomes Assessment Specialist and worked with Dr. Karen J. Stewart to develop The Outcomes Project (now Program) for the college. With the continued success of the program, TOP was elevated to a college department in August 2006 and at that time Stacey became the Outcomes Coordinator. Stacey is a firm believer that the best ideas for teaching and learning and student success come from the classroom and TOP is built on that sense of organic architecture – working from the ground up. She tries to implement best practices in outcomes assessment not only through her daily role but also in her role as an adjunct instructor for the college. Stacey has two Bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Science from Millikin University, a Master’s degree in History from Northern Illinois University and is currently pursuing a PhD in history at NIU.
Angela Tee, Learning Outcomes Support Analyst: In 2005, Angela received her Master’s degree in General Experimental Psychology from Western Illinois University. Shortly after getting her degree, she worked part-time in the Institutional Research office at Waubonsee. In November 2006, she joined The Outcomes Program in her new role as the Learning Outcomes Support Analyst. Angela’s wide-ranging research background promotes the quality improvement process that is at the forefront of TOP’s mission. Angela loves the new challenges and innovations that are part of her work in higher education. She also enjoys working with the college’s faculty, staff and administrators to develop innovative ideas for improving student learning.
