TOP staff members are available to assist administrators, staff, full-time and adjunct faculty with questions about data analysis related to outcomes for your course or program. TOP is committed to providing services to assist you in evaluating student learning.

Scanner Services:

TOP has a new scanning and scoring system that can perform statistical analysis on your multiple choice tests. You can examine the validity and reliability of your test questions in the time it takes to grade an exam. These are some of the examples of procedures that the scanner can perform:

Identify and report on subtests that can be aligned to learning objectives
Sort and filter data based on demographic information
Built-in analysis module can grade tests, tabulate basic surveys, perform statistical analysis, calculate cross tabs, produce grade reports and even generate charts and graphs
Calculate statistics including student grades, respondent and item statistics, mean, standard deviation, percent score, total score and much more
Output can be save in multiple formats including SPSS, Access, Excel, dBase, Lotus, Paradox, HTML and others

WEAVEonline Data Management:

Several staff and faculty members are trying this new and exciting system in their program areas and courses! WEAVEonline is a web-based service that allows users to capture or retrieve data anytime, anywhere for:

Outcomes assessment
Regional and disciplinary accreditation
Annual reporting
Program review
External reporting
